Singing is good for you – but let’s do it at home!
With everything going on in the world at the moment we are following the latest advice and have suspended our rehearsals for the time being.
Our members will miss the fun and companionship of our Thursday evenings, but our health comes first.
In the meantime, sing if you can, wherever you can.

Walking in the park
On the beautiful Sussex Downs
Or, as the Italians do, from a balcony!
Singing strengthens the immune system
Singing is a workout
Singing improves your posture
Singing is a natural anti-depressant
Singing lowers stress levels
Singing improves mental alertness
So let’s sing, on our own or virtually over the internet, until we can sing together again.
